- Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate and convert leads from Upwork, (able to write custom proposals as per the requirements), LinkedIn, and website channels to hit monthly revenue targets (That you will get).
- Shift the team to a high-energy, proactive sales model to accelerate business growth.
- Build structure, processes, tooling, compensation plans, metrics, and playbooks.
- Hunt and close deals using your network and skills, then scale success by building and managing a sales team.
- Drive new logo sales growth while collaborating with marketing team.
- Align with the seniors to formulate and execute overarching business strategies.
- Craft compelling proposals, estimations, and presentations to secure client approvals.
- Manage client interactions via calls, chats, and virtual meetings, excelling in objection handling and negotiations.
- Foster long-term client relationships, schedule meetings, and maintain detailed sales reports.
- Address client queries professionally, immediately and build trust
- Enhance domain base knowledge and expertise.
- Showcase/study case studies, portfolios, and testimonials.
- Requirements:
- Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and business growth.
- Strong handling pre sales leads and post sales projects & knowledge of inbound and outbound leads.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and target the customers accordingly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Expertise in proposal writing, cost estimation, and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership potential with a willingness to mentor and support team members.
- Deep knowledge of the current IT skillsets in demand by leading companies.
- Proficiency with tools: Bitrix24, Upwork, Slack, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, MS Office, and AI-driven platforms.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and time management skills in high-pressure settings.
