Manage all quality related issues with the manufacturing team. To conduct the product and process audit as per Control plan. Identify root cause &CAPA for product quality issues. To ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained . Making WI’s as per process needs & machines. Monitor and report on quality related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels and PPM figures. Team Member of development of new product or changes related to current products in Meeting customer requirements and ECN.
