Job Description

Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate and current information.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to support promotional campaigns.

Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Generate daily/weekly sales reports and provide feedback to management.
