Job Description
- Plan and develop seasonal merchandising strategies, product assortments, and buying plans to align with brand objectives.
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory metrics to forecast demand and optimize product placement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and vendors to source materials and negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines.
- Oversee the entire garment product development process, from concept to sampling and final production.
- Manage stock levels, ensure product availability, and reduce overstock or stockouts through effective inventory control.
- Create visually appealing product displays, planograms, and window setups in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Track and manage the Critical Path, ensuring timely delivery of goods to retail stores or warehouses.
- Conduct regular store visits (virtual or in-person) to check merchandising standards, stock levels, and markdowns.
- Analyze competitor activity, market prices, and fashion trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead.
