Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization’s entire IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, servers, and data storage solutions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions to meet company goals.
• Provide executive-level leadership for all IT operations, including SAP, networking, hardware, and software development.
• Lead the SAP team in the implementation, management, and troubleshooting of all SAP systems, ensuring efficient performance and integration with other business systems.
• Oversee the development and customization of SAP solutions using ABAP and BAPI to optimize business processes.
• Ensure the smooth operation of internal and external networks, including VPNs, LANs, and WANs.
• Implement and manage network security protocols to protect data, applications, and infrastructure from potential security breaches.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance IT team across all technical domains.
• Ensure the IT team is aligned with business objectives and keeps pace with new technological advancements.
• Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring that all IT investments align with business priorities.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure timely initiatives to enhance overall business performance.delivery of products and services.
