Job Description
Generate inquiries on the Biomass briquettes and pellets on a daily basis through cold calls, visit to industrial units and establish contacts through industrial exhibitions, websites, net search etc.
Develops and executes monthly and annual marketing budgets.
Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of dealership products and/or services.
Communicates with outside advertising agencies regarding ongoing campaigns.
Manage and track regular procurement updates for power plants
Responsible for complete sales cycle from client onboarding to payment collection
Customer visits on generated inquiries
Maintaining Customer Relationship and follow ups
Day-to-Day Reporting to Sales Coordinators
Responsible for meeting the plan with respect to sales activities assigned
Maintain and update CRM regularly with customer data and correspondence
Generate sales order and purchase order in internal ERP system
Provide dispatch plans to the plant for necessary scheduling
Manage the debtors with support from finance & accounts team
Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to manager
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and grievance handling
