Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.

Write and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.

Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and job applications.

Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide follow-up feedback.

Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via an ATS).

Provide regular updates to HR and department heads on recruitment progress.

Assist in developing and improving recruitment strategies.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs or recruiting events as needed.

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
