Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Enterprise Sales (India) to lead and grow our full-time placement solutions business in the Indian market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. You will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, particularly in the Full-Time placement and HR technology space. You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Indian market, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceeding sales targets.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 to 30 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on Full-Time placement services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and its business landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field

Role and responsibility:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indian market, targeting key enterprise clients.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform sales strategy and product development.
- Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
