Job Description
Qualification: 12th or Graduate.
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department, taking messages as needed.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff and clients to arrange suitable times.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, to support office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
Maintain office supplies inventory, replenishing items as needed and coordinating orders with the procurement department.
Monitor and manage visitor access to the premises, issuing visitor badges and enforcing security procedures.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging catering, booking venues, and coordinating logistics.
Provide general administrative support to staff, such as booking travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and inquiries.
Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, employees, and the public in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the office.
